Before you read the FaQ's I would like to request that you all make sure you complete the tutorial which is displayed on the main board in-game. It explains a lot of the basics about playing as well as a large amount of starting money. Upon completing the tutorial feel free to browse through the FaQ's.

I'd also like to request that if you can't find the answer here then you PM a helper, HOWEVER please don't be offended if we don't answer your pm, there's a list of reasons why we won't answer a pm in the general questions section.

Just a warning, this FaQ is far from complete and there will be changes made in the future.

General Questions

What is a supporter?

A supporter is a person who has paid a small amount of money to the game, in return supporters gain additional features which non-supporters don't get. They also get a few features that non-supporters get a few levels early, as well as the ability to gain access to new features before non-supporters

What are the supporter features?

1) Reduced Match Timer to 17 minutes and 30 seconds instead of 20 minutes.

2) In the list of opponents you can challenge, the first wrestlers in the list are always supporters put there in random order. Searching for wrestlers after that whilst remaining on the page will show all players randomly.

3) One free match type for the duration of your supporter status.

4) You can queue the next statistic to be trained.

5) Possibility to insert your personal Image in the wrestler’s page.

6) Premium member star.

7) Access to the Friends section.

8) Possibility to hide your wrestler’s page (except your palmares). (possibility means its totally hidden from all but other supporters.

10) Supporters have a recurring (24 hours) backup of their character, to avoid data loss.

11) Different Color in Chat.

18) You can delete unused moves.

19) You may customize your entrance and sell it.

20) You can create tournament!

21) You gain 2 Tournament Points each month subscription

22) You can queue three moves to train instead of two

23) You can learn new match type for free at level 5, 7 and 9 instead 7, 9 and 11.

The Basics

I'm new I need some advice?

Ok some basic advice

1) Don't waste your money on leveling your moves, that money would be much beter placed in entrances when your able. The onlytimes you should consider leveling moves is when you want to get them to level 5 so as you can trademark them, or when they are your final endgame 60+ damage dealing moves. Other then that its just wasted money

2) Set your trademarks. The moment your able to train your moves up, get three moves up to level 5 and set them as your trademarks. The best positions for trademarked moves are groggy, grounded, bent, and standing as these are the positions that show up most often. Its best not to replace them too often as you will lose a considerable number of executions, so only upgrade your trademarks if your getting a noticeable improvement out of them.

3: Set your taunts. Its best to keep taunt length beneath 15 seconds as any higher and it will just result in you losing control of the match more often. Taunts are useful as they help you recover a portion of your HP and stamina. The sooner they are set the sooner they can start to level up.

4: Make sure you set your finishers. You don't really need to have all 3 finisher set as it can be a waste, but you should probably have 2, or at least 1 as a minimum. There's more information on setting up finishers later on in the guide.

5: Sort out your moves list. At lower levels its best to have just 3 moves per position and keep it that way (swap out these moves for more powerful ones as you buy them) until you reach a higher level (around lvl 7+) where you should start havin more moves enabled per position to help gain more exp (its still best to keep down to 3 moves in the positions which have trademarks on them)

What does all the stuff by the wrestlers names mean on the challenge page?

stats.png

Moving from top left, to right.

Modificator is situated below the wrestlers name, what does this mean?

The modificator is the amount of wrestler points you will gain / lose if you win / lose your match. Effectively for every 1000 difference in your wrestler points, the modificator will change, so if i had 1000 more points then my opponent the modificator would be +80 / -120. So if i won, I'd gain 80 points, and if a lost I'd lose 120 points from my score.

167 This is the total number of stats that the opponent has. Diff: 0 This is the difference between yours and your opponents stats lvl 12: This is obviously the level of the opponent

The image of a man with a magnifying glass: This is how you scout your opponent.

The image of a pair of boxing gloves: This is how you challenge your opponent

The image of a speech bubble: This is how you send a message to your opponent.

How do I improve my wrestler score? / What is wrestler score for?

The wrestler score is determined by your modificator. Each wrestler starts off with a wrestler score of 0, and then by winning matches your score gradually goes up based on the modificator.

In example, i have a wrestler score of 1000

I challenge somebody with a modificator against me of +100 / - 100

If i were to win the match i would gain 100 points, and if i lose, then i would lose 100 points simple as that.

The only thing your wrestler score is used for is to represent how good you are compared to other wrestlers, although it should not be used as a basis of "can i beat this person" as 9 times out of 10 its build which decided the winners and losers in the higher levels.

What do stars mean at the end of a match?

stars.png

The yellow stars are effectively useless. They're more a measure of "how close" you were.

For every 10 yellow stars you have, they get replaced with one red star. And for every red star you get, you gain an additional 1exp at the end of the match.

The above image has 12 red stars, and therefore ended up with the wrestler receiving 13 exp.

Is there a cap on the maximum number of stats?

Effectively no, the only real cap is how long it takes you t get there really. The more you raise stats the longer it takes to reach the next level, and with wrestler retirement age being around 60 years old you could probably get a single stat up into the 200 / 300 range as a maximum. But its not likely anyone will raise that single stat non-stop.

Is there a limit/cap on the abilities inside a stat?

Yes there is. You cannot raise an ability within a stat higher then the stat itself. So if you have strength 10, you couldn't raise any individual stat inside strength above 10.

You can still get abilities higher, just not within the stats, you would need to buy advanced tech's or special abilities to overcome this limit.

Is there a max level?

Yes and no. There is no pre-determined max level, BUT there is only so far you can level before a new master has to be created. New masters aren't normally made until a certain number of players are in the current highest level. Once that amount of players is reached, a new master is created, and a new level is opened up for players.

What are Palmares in Wrestler data?

Palmares, this is basically your title history. This covers all titles you've held across the levels, whether they be single, tag, LMS so on and so forth.

How do I get more fans?

You gain fans based on your popularity, there are two ways to raise your pop. The slow way which is by raising your stats. This is the method which everyone has to use at the lower levels

And the fast way, which is by taking part in federation matches, however you need to be careful. IF your in a match for a particularly bad show, or your opponent has a lot fewer fans then you, then you stand the chance of losing fans, instead of gaining them.

How do I learn new moves? / how does the moves list work?

First off to unlock new moves. You need to raise your abilities, to find out what you need to unlock new moves i'd suggest you look at the moves list. There is a link to the moves list in the rules and help section.

move.png

Ok a lot of this is self explanatory so I'll skip through a bit at the top

Required Position: This is the position your opponent needs to be in to use this move

Obtained Position: This is the position obtained after the move is used

Forced Position: This is the position you will end up in if the move is blocked / dodged

Ability 1: This is one of the abilities needed to unlock the move

Ability 2: This is another ability needed to unlock the move

Total Ability: This is what Ability 1 and Ability 2's levels need to add up to to unlock this move.

I've used this move as an example because it has the speeds special skill "Quickness" as one of its abilities. Only speeds can gain levels in quickness. And you need to have levels in both abilities to unlock these special moves. Every class has specialist moves which only they can perform. If a move has a special ability inside it, then only the class that ability corresponds to can use it.

How do I enable / disable moves?

Click on the gym section. From here click on the "Train moves" button (second from top on the left hand side, see the image below)

Once your inside this menu look at the top and you will see a link called able / disable moves. Click this and then tinker away.

Be warned, you can have a minimum of 3 moves per position.

  • If you are a supporter you have an additional option to delete moves, this is more an aesthetic thing to make your moveslist smaller, you gain nothing back from deleting a move except having to buy it back if you ever decide you want it. Its best to keep the moves just incase instead of deleting them as there are no gains and small losses for doing so.

How do I get "Modified" moves?

Modified moves are low level trademark moves (pre-level 10)

To make a move a trademark you first have tomake it reach level 5. (leveling moves is covered in the tutorial) After that you need to go to the gym section and click here.

mod.png

When your in here you should see the button to create a new trademark. Click on this and it will give you a list of moves that can be trademarked.

Notes:

You may only have 1 trademark per position,

You CANNOT make opening moves trademarks

Trademarks level up through executions.

How come my finisher doesn't hit?

due to the complexity of finishers and their creation a new Finishers guide has been created.

How much damage do i need to deal to get a different damage thing (mortal hardcore)

0-19 = Light

20-39 = Strong

40-64 = Violent

65-79 = Powerful

80-199 - Devastating

200-299 = Mortal

300-399 = Hardcore

400+ = Legendary

How much damage do i need to deal for different damage on subs (excruciating etc)

0-29 = Weak

30-59 = Ruthless

60-89 = Excruciating

90-179 = Agonizing

180-299 = Ripping

300+ = Destructive

How do i challenge for the XXX title?

You can only challenge for the title of a match type you already own. So for example, you cannot challenge for the last man standing title, if you don't have the LMS match type unlocked.

If you do have the match type unlocked then its simply a case of clicking on the champion to challenge them as normal, then instead of clicking on the normal match type, you click on the championship match icon.

title.png

As you can see beneath the championship icon is the text "title matches remaining 3" you have a limited number of challenges per day. Each night at midnight server time, the number of challenges you have resets to 3.

How do i unlock new match types?

There are numerous ways to unlock match types.

First of all there is buying one, each match type costs 5000exp. I personally advise against buying match types simply because that exp would be better spent on advanced tech's.

Secondly is unlocking one upon becoming a supporter, i'm sure your wondering how level ones have the LMS title etc, in the lower levels, the special titles are pretty much supporter only

Finally you gain a free match type at certain levels.

When you reach level 7,9 and 11 you can learn one match type for free per level (level 5, 7 and 9 for supporter)

Also, when you unlock a match, sometimes new matches become available. Here is the list of matches and what they unlock

matches.png

How do i make money?

There are only so many ways to make money, and the majority only make a small amount (however if you don't waste all your money on buying / leveling moves you should be fine) however here are some different ways of gaining money

Any Level: You gain your lvl + 4 fe per match win. Any Level: Every night at midnight server time (small amount of FE based on stats) Any Level: Voting daily via the vote links in the bonus section Any Level: Taking part in special tournaments Any Level: Winning tournaments (although if you lose, you lose some FE) Any Level: Having a stable match (any level supporter) Joining a league

Level 2+: Challenging somebodies invitational

Level 5+ (4+ for supporters) Taking part in a federation match

How can i get more TP?

There are numerous ways of obtaining TP i'll do my best to list them all

  1. Voting daily via the bonus links in the bonus section. (this gives out TP once a week based on your votes with additional tp being rewarded if TWG is in the top 3 o any of the sties.
  2. Taking part in the surveys in the bonus section.
  3. Becoming a supporter
  4. Advancing in level
  5. Winning an elimination chamber tournament (risk losing money and TP to get it though)
  6. Winning a normal tournament
  7. Buying TP (you can buy TP in the same section you can buy supporter)

What do i do with experience?

You can use experience for two things. You can either use it to buy match types (5000 exp per match type. very expensive, and not worth it in my opinion) or you can use it to buy advanced techniques.

Advanced techniques cost their level x 1000 fe. So a level 1 advanced tech costs 1000 exp, while a lvl 2 one costs 2000 exp.

How do i level?

To advance in level you need to beat your levels master.

Go to the challenges screen and click "Find Masters" then challenge the master of your current level. (if you are a level 1 then challenge the level 1 master) if you win then you will advance in level. Also when you gain a level your given a small bonus as a congratulations for leveling. This consists of

7500 fe 20 hp 5 stamina 2 tp

and an extra yellow star on the votes at the end of a match.

What do all the different stats do?

OK I'm not 100% sure on these, but here's a general rundown of what I've figured out, (along with the other helpers)

HP

Health Points Effectively the amount of damage you can take in total during a match before your knocked out. The higher your hp the more damage you can take before your finished off.

Initiative

Lets you take control, after a pin / submission / somebody taunts your initiative is one of the main deciding factors as to who takes the offensive next.

Stamina

Works in tandem with your HP. Stamina is wiped out each round and each time you execute a move. The lower your stamina the more tired you are and less likely you are to hit / dodge moves. Stamina is also damaged by submission holds and damage taken. Stamina basically has an effect on everything, how much DR you have, how much you dodge ,chance to hit, the whole deal.

Attack Bonus

How likely your moves are to hit, the higher the attack bonus, the less likely your opponent with dodge / block / counter the move. Also rumored that the attack bonus adds to your pin bonus on pin moves, and onto your submission bonus on submission moves (not confirmed)

Submission Bonus

Grants a bonus to your submission moves holding and not being escaped from. The maximum length to hold a submission is 2 rounds.

Adrenaline gain

Gain this amount of adrenaline per hit and half this amount each time your hit. This adds up and is used to execute your finishers. It is also proven that adrenaline affects how much damage your moves deal (good example start of the match all moves are light, end of match you start hitting powerful etc. This is also a random effect with the stamina drop)

Bleed Bonus

adds an increased chance of your opponent bleeding after being hit by a bleed move. To make an opponent bleed however the attack must deal 20 damage or more.

Pin Bonus

Decreases the chance of your opponent kicking out of your pin, Godly if you have enough stamina to back it up, however as you use more stamina in the match it has a detrimental effect to your pin bonus.

Block

Chance to block an opponents attack, this is done randomly, generally Moves attack + Players attack vs Players Block, (there is also a random factor to this however i am unsure exactly what it is.)

Dodge

Chance to dodge your opponents attack. (same rules as block)

Escape Submission

Counters submission bonus, gives you a chance to get a rope-break etc just before you tap or to just escape the hold.

Pin opposition

Gives you more of a chance to kick out of a pin / break the count by grabbing refs shirt etc.

I can't beat XXX help me?

There is no set method to beat the masters, There is no set method to beat anyone infact, and yet i get harassed by pm's of "how do i beat master lvl blah" So in order to quell the amount of pm's of this nature i receive, i'm going to list the masters, and i will list their one key strength, and their 1 key weakness. What you do with that info -is up to you.

Master Level 1 Muten

Strengths: Average in all area's Weaknesses: No real strengths

He has good block and dodge, your best bet for beating him is to up your hp a bit, and to increase your attack bonus. If your balance just keep versatility maxed and he'll be a push over.

Master Level 2 Kakashi

Strengths: High attack bonus and DD Weakness: Low HP,

He can be a pain to beat, if he takes control it'll be hell taking it back. Your best bet may be to invest into feint seeing as it ignores attack bonus altogether. BUT where he has low HP get a few good moves on him and he's toast.

Master Level 3 Cartman

Strengths: He has VERY good submissions Weakness: only 10 initiative

I'm not a huge advocate of initiative myself, but Cartmans is low, after each submission initiative decides who takes control of a match. A bit of attack bonus and more initiative then he has, and Cartman is toast.

Master Level 4 Mario

Strengths: Good dodge Weakness: doesn't deal too much damage

A lot of people find Mario a pain to beat, there is one easy way to beat him though, he relies on dodge, high attack bonus destroys his strength, just have about 20+ attack and he's doomed.

Master Level 5 Buu

Strength's: VERY high HP and DR, Weakness: Not so amazing stamina.

Basically what you want to do is wear his stamina down. Without that his hp and DR are redundant. Just make sure you keep control, up your attack and your block / dodge and you'll chip away until nothing is left.

Master Level 6 Homer

Strength: Lots Weakness: Block and Dodge

Although he's fairly good in every area Homer isn't so good at dodging and blocking moves, so long as you can take control, you'll probably be able to keep it too. BUT if he does get control he will whip you good and fast so try to keep that from happening.

Master Level 7 Ryu

Strength: Attack and Damage Weakness: HP and DR

Although he has the power to wipe you out fast, he hasn't got much HP himself, by now your trademarks should be hitting hard. So long as you can get a few good powerful moves in, the guy is toast. Just make sure you set your finisher to always, you should be fine in this one.

Master Level 8 Jin

Strengths: Submissions Weakness: Initiative

Once again this tech masters weakness is his initiative, he actually has LESS then Cartman did. So if you upped your initiative to beat Cartman this guy shouldn't be a problem. BUT if he does catch u in one, you'll be screaming anyway so try not to give him that chance.

Master Level 9 Wolverine

Strength: High dodge and good hp / DR weakness: Not so high attack, Low damage dealing

This is a problem all speeds have, masters are no exception. This guy will last, if you want to beat him your going to need stamina and HP to win. He's going to take everything you throw at you and either dodge it or laugh as it hits him. Just keep chipping away and he'll eventually go. Having good DR and HP yourself can greatly help in beating this guy.

Master Level 10 Zangeif

Strength: Insane HP DR and Resistance Weakness: Not so great block / dodge or attack.

This guy is insane in the "how long can you last" catagory, you'll want high stamina to beat him, luckily taking control of the match and keeping it is fairly easy, unluckily the guys moves hit mortal quite often, you'l want to have some good hp and DR if you want to survive this man monster.

How do i join a tag team?

To join a tag team, you need to be level 5 or higher (level 3 or higher if your a supporter)

Click on the tag team section in the left hand navigation bar and it will come up with a list of wrestlers, some who are in a tag team, and others who aren't.

The ones who aren't have a text field next to their name on the right hand side, this is where you write in the name of your tag team. And then you confirm the invitation.

Its good manners to send the person a pm telling them that you've invited them to join a tag team. Because tag team invites don't normally get sent through pm's.

Also, if your searching for a tag team, please DO NOT ask in chat as if you continually ask it just becomes spam, when looking for a tag partner its best to post in the off topic catagory of the forum.

How does a tag team level up?

A tag will level up in one of either two ways. First of all, If one of the wrestlers in the team levels then the tag team will also level. The tag level is almost always the level of the highest member - 2

Above i said always, there is another way to level as a tag team, if you spend a certain amount of time in a certain level of tag team, then there is a chance that the tag masters will challange you (this is normally your level master, and the level master 1 level above you) If you defeat these tag masters then you will advance in tag level.

How do i challenge another tag team?

Once the tag team invitation is accepted scroll down to the bottom of the tag page, (which should now look different) there should be two buttons Challenge and Ranking

Ranking shows where you are in the tag team rankings. Much like the wrestler chart in the charts menu.

Challenge allows you to challenge other tag teams, you have up to 3 tag challenges per say. (same deal as titles, they reset back to 3 at midnight server time)

Here its basically the same as any normal challenge, you click on the picture of the boxing gloves to challenge your opponent.

How do i join a stable?

First off creating stables. Anyone can create a stable at level 7+ and a supporter can create a stable at any level. To join a stable you need to be invited, however please do not spam chat asking for stable invites, its best to go look in the forums if you want to get invited to a stable. Or better yet, if you have friends who play, create a stable with them.

Once you receive an invitation to a stable you will receive a pm. then you can accept the stable invite.

Similar to tag teams, if you are looking for a stable to join please DO NOT spam chat. Instead its requested that you create a topic in the off topic catagory in the forums and seek out other members via that method.

How do i challenge another stable?

When a stable is full (4 members) you can start to challenge other stables.

At the top of the new stables page you should see this

stable.png

As it says, you only have 1 challenge per person per day. This also shows when the stable was created, and above it is the stable name and win / lose recored.

When you click on the stable rankings button it will show you a list of stables, and next to ones which you can challenge will be a challenge button. You will be asked to confirm the challenge as you only have 1 challenge per day, and when the challenge is confirmed your match will commence.

How do i make a tournament

Special tournaments are automatically generated by the server

Normal tournaments can only be created by supporters.

Click on the tournaments button on the left hand navigation bar.

torn.png

Click on the "Create Tournament" button and it will take you to another screen where you can name your tournament and set the entry fee, as well as putting in a brief summary if you wish.

torn2.png

When a tournament is full (8 people subscribed) it will run itself automatically at midnight server time.

Tournaments pay out different amounts based on how much the entrance fee was. You gain the entrance fee x 3 if you come in second, and x 5 if you come in first as well as an extra TP.

How do i join a tournament

Click on the tournament link in the navigation bar.

Scroll down and look for tournaments within your level range (you may need to change pages)

There should be a button in a grey box which says "Subscribe" if your already subscribed to another tournament then it will instead have red text informing you of your current subscription

You can check on the tournament your subscribed to by clicking the "your tournament" button at the top of the tournaments page

How do i join a league

The league is a supporter only feature, so you need to be a supporter to join, also you cannot join at any time you please

Leagues run on a regular basis, and you cannot join a league while one is currently running, there is normally about a weeks perieod near the end of the month where new people can subscribe to join the league. When the league ends a new league sign up thing will appear on the main board.

Somebody keeps challenging me, how can i blacklist him?

If somebody continues to challenge you, or you simply don't like them you can add them to your blacklist. Type the wrestlers name in the challenge list and then click the button which i've put inside the red circle

blist.png

If you one day decide to remove them from your blacklist then you can go into the settings menu from the navigation bar, there is a link in there which takes you to view blacklisted users, you can then opt to remove them from the black list.

Communication

Somebody keeps messaging me, how can i add him to my ignore list?

open one of the messages that they sent you and scroll down to the very bottom, there should be a button just beneath the google add which will give you the option to add them to your ignore list

ignore.png

What do all the different colors in chat mean?

Green = Non Supporters

Gold = Supporters (people who pay money to get privileges in game)

Orange = Publisher (people who are in charge of the articolists who write the stuff on the main boards)

Light Blue = Helper (people who answer questions)

Blue = GM (people who are in charge of rosters.

Purple = Mod (people who enforce the rules of chat)

Black = Vice Admin (there are three vice admins, one in charge of GM's one in charge of Mods, and one in charge of Helpers)

Red = Admin (these are the people who made the game, they very rarely appear in chat. And when they do please don't hound them with questions.)

Why do helpers ignore my questions?

We are here to help, but there's helping and babysitting. Generally we will answer questons however just be warned, we will also delete instantly any pm's which are just saying hello, in block capitals, in text talk, in a much larger font then normal. or if your just rude.

Please don't take it personally but we are only human, we don't have time to respond to general things like hello etc, just send us the question, and we'll do our best to answer it (or send you back here if its already answered)

I just got banned from chat why?

Short Version

There are rules to follow in chat, upon making your account you tick the "i agree" ox to the rules of servie, therefore if you break the rules you will be punished. If you feel you were treated unfairly then scroll down to to staff section and read about the complaints procedure.

Long Version

you don't get banned from chat unless there is some reason behind it. Its more then likely you broke one of the many rules, a lot of people post the arguement of "this is a free chat" or "i didn't read the rules" and i'm going to say there are two very big wholes in those very small arguements. 1: this isnt a country is a private chat, it doesn't have to be there, and quite frankly a lot of people are very lucky to have chat in the first place (it was originally going to be a supporter only feature) Secondly if you didn't read the rules then i'm sorry to say you should TECHNICALLY have your account deleted, since y'know when you signed up to the game you clicked the little tick box that said "I agree to the rules yada yada yada"

One fatal mistake a lot of people make is the fact that, if they think they have been unfairly warned, they contest it in chat, this is NOT the correct way to do things, and generally you just get agrivated and break more rules. The mods aren't here to be your enemy but if there were no rules in chat then nobody would use it because it would be a nonstop spam fest. If a mod warns you and you don't understand why, or you feel it was an un-justified warning, send the mod who warned you a pm and ask them to explain why you were warned. If you feel it was unfair (NOT for one of the above reasons.) then tell them in pm why you feel the warning was unfair. The mods are human, they make mistakes, and they will make calls based on personal judgement. You cannot hold this against them as its very easy to be mis-interrperated in an online chat

Everyone slips up now and then which is the reason the mods hand out cautions instead of warnings now and then, please don't abuse these cautions or think that "so and so got cautioned for breaking that rule, i will to" normally if your online and somebody is cautioned for breaking a rule and you break it afterwards, you WILL be warned, the caution may not have been aimed at you, but the warning was put into chat that the rule must not be broken.

Finally please do not take warnings as personal, the mods are just doing their jobs, and a lot of people make those jobs very difficult, and so long as you abide by the rules, the mods can be very nice people, if you continually chalange them, then yes they will tend to be harsher towards you, the same way a police officer wil be nicer to a first time offender then a seriel killer.

End.

How can i become a supporter?

Go onto the main board, and in the top right corner is a link to the "become a supporter" page. Here it will give you various payment options to become a supporter.

I have paid for supporter / tp but haven't received it yet?

Give it time, at least 24 hours for the payment to process. With some cards and payment systems it can take even longer. If however you are worried, send a pm to Tullo in regards to you supporter / tp purchase.

Generally when you buy something on-line your given a transaction code / id. You should include this in the pm

I completed a XXX payment but it hasn't registered, what can i do?

On our end nothing. Your best bet is to contact the customer support of whichever service you used to try and pay. Make sure you read all of the payment details before confirming and follow the instructions to the letter to make sure the payments complete properly.

The game is running slowly, is there a way to fix it?

Sometimes yes, sometimes no. On occasion the server will start running slowly due to a lot of people on-line challenging each other etc, this will normally sow the server down, but its generally a temporary thing.

A quick fix for many is to close the chat application as it takes up a fair bit of memory.

The pages aren't loading, and they come up with XXX error, why?

Again these are normally server faults. Give them time and they should fix themselves. However if you have one of these faults for over an hour, then send a pm to a helper as you may not be the only one.

How do i become a Mod / Helper

Mods and helpers are normally decided by their behavior and attitude in chat, and are decided by the other helpers and mods. However asking to become a helper / mod normally removes you from the running for a long time.

There aren't really any perks to it so think before you decide you want to become one.

I don't think XXX is being a fair mod, how can make a complaint about them?

First of all, you need to contact that mod yourself (via pm not chat) and inform them about your thoughts, don't just say omg you suck etc. Actually tell them that "i don't think that XXX saying XXX justified a ban"

If the mod fails to contact you, or your still not satisfied with their answer then there is a complaints section on the forums where you can post a compliant, please include screen shots of what happened and explain why you felt it was unfair.
